We pledge to adhere to this schedule completely, and we are pleased to offer a written warranty with penalties in the event of any delays caused by our builders.

The materials and work provided by Smart Designs Constructors Limited are of course guaranteed, and we do our best to ensure that you can enjoy your renovation or building work hassle-free.

Additionally, we offer a 6-month warranty and keep 2.5% until our customer is 100% satisfied. On top of that, for any parts installation, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, of course. These guarantees vary by manufacturer and range from 3 to 10 years.
