Another Successful Flat Refurbishment Project Completed by Our Company in London

We’re delighted to showcase our latest flat refurbishment work in NW6, London! Our builders at Smart Designs Constructors Ltd have transformed a bedroom and bathroom into a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our valued client.

Toilet Transformation:
We partitioned a part of the existing bathroom to form a simple adjacent block for one new toilet facility. At last, we carefully carved out a way to the bathroom to allow direct reach of the new loo. After the completion of the stud wall, a strong wall was built to let users know where the toilet is placed. Plaster was put behind the walls and at the top of the ceiling to make it even. Grouting was done to make a roof-like structure and the flooring was laid with tile in order to have a clean and beautiful flooring. The hand washing basin was fixed to emanate improved hygiene by making it easy to consume clean water rather than conventionally using simple receptacles and gathering water from public taps. However, sufficient lighting was also provided with the implementation of ceiling light fixtures, as well as switches. Along with a ceiling light and the exhaust fan, additional fixtures were introduced to complement the comfort. The eventual touch was polished with three coats of paint.

Corridor renovation:

Bathroom Makeover:
Install a sleek walk-in shower to enjoy a luxurious bathing experience. Fit a toilet, basin, basin mixer, towel rail, and shower wall mixer for both functionality and style. Tile the floor and shower area with 600x600mm tiles for a modern touch. Install a ceiling extractor fan & light to ensure proper ventilation. Plaster the walls and ceiling to perfection. Apply three coats of paint to achieve a flawless finish.
