Work scoop:

• To replace the pitched roof dry ridge.
• To repoint the chimney breast.
• To remove the current morter and re-render the south-west party wall above the roof (front and back)
• To remove all damaged and broken roof slates to be replaced with new ones
• To replace the flashing lead with a new one on the south-west party wall (rear side only)
• To replace the rear gutter

Top flat roof removal:

• Remove the pitch roof ridge
• Remove rotten wood
• Remove the trim right, left, front
• Remove flashing lead around the chimney

Installation:

• To lay 18mm, OSP board
• To install and fix trim on the right, left and front
• To install the flashing lead around the chimney
• To repoint and fill the missing cement in the chimney
• To install GRP finish with rasin 2 coat and top finish one coat
• To install a new breathable felt membrane and graded batten 
• To replace the whole rear roof slate (49 Sqm)
• Remove lead flashings from the rear extension roof  
• Remove felt and batten from the rear extension roof  
• Remove ridges 
• Install new batten to the top of ridge beams  dry ventilation ridge kit  
• Mechanically screw ridges with the use of a dry ventilation ridge kit  
• Replacing Slate 
• Replacing Slate gable end 
• Install new lead cover flashings to the back wall of the rear extension  
• Patinate all-new lead cover flashings  
• Install new render beads to the top of lead cover flashings
